Honeytop Speciality Foods is Europe’s leading producer of naan and flatbreads. To support its rapid growth Pelican was asked to create a clear brand strategy and effective internal communications programme to win the hearts and minds of the company’s multicultural workforce.
Our team organised a complete brand review, identified brand USPs and key messages and produced a corporate brand manual. We redesigned the logo and brought the new image alive with a reception makeover. Finally we undertook a ‘Vision and Values’ focus group with the workforce to create a positive shared culture that would help the company achieve its stretching corporate objectives. This was brought to life with an Employee Handbook given to all staff.
Our work created a clear and ‘ownable’ brand proposition for Honeytop, which contributed to the company winning new contracts to supply major retailers. The new Vision and Values underpinned improved staff retention and increasing levels of production.
